Postnatal physiotherapy also known as postpartum physiotherapy, is a specialized branch that focuses on the support of women during the postpartum period, which typically extends from the immediate weeks after childbirth to the first year or more following delivery. Postnatal physiotherapy is to help women recover from the physical changes and challenges that can occur during pregnancy and childbirth, regain their strength, and address any postpartum-specific issues. Our specialised physiotherapists evaluate aspects such as pelvic health, musculoskeletal health, abdominal strength, posture, and any specific issues that may have arisen during pregnancy or delivery.
