Laparoscopy, a minimally invasive procedure, allows our skilled surgeons to diagnose and remove endometriotic lesions. For adenomyosis, a definitive treatment is a hysterectomy, removing the uterus, but this is considered when other treatments fail and if the patient doesn’t wish to bear children in the future.
